SpringHill Suites by Marriott Anaheim Maingate

My family and I stayed here on a trip to Disney. The room was perfect for us, breakfast was nice, also the location. We even tried out the gym. But most importantly I would l like to thank all the staff for treating us so greatly. Specially a shout out to the two maintance guys who kindly helped us with our car issues (they went out of their way to help) they recommended to have my car checked which we did, and came to find out we urgently needed a battery replacement, now we live 2hrs away had a drive to go so these guys possibly saved us from an accident. We are truly greatful. I would recommend this place not only because of the staff but also my family and I had a great stay overall. Also thanks to the manager Chris Bourquardez. Exceptional service - front desk Jesse took really good care during our 4 night stay, providing helpful advices on a number of occasions. Efficient and very thoughtful. Pls say hi when U see him. Thankful to the service staff at breakfast, they (esp Linda) worked so hard to make sure everyone is well looked after even at peak bfast period. They deserve a big shout out for their hospitality . Overnight parking was $30. There is a microwave in room but no kettle. Fresh coffee all day long at the lobby w take away cups. Overall one of best experiences at Marriott credit to the service staff. Thank you highly appreciated and recommended.

Location next to Disney was fantastic. Breakfast each morning was great and the breakfast staff was fantastic and always responsive. Room was good with plenty of space. At check-in, we were early and they held our bags for us so we did not have to pay the $50 charge for early check-in. Parking is $30 a day, which felt a bit steep, but parking was always available. About a 20-30 minute walk to the front gates of Disney, but who doesn’t need the extra steps. I give cleaning an okay, as we found long hairs in our bathroom and shower after the cleaners came. May even have been from the cleaners. Overall, good place to stay that was close, but not in the middle of all the action.

Wonderful location for a Disney stay close enough to walk if everyone wanted to. We were given a room with full view of the fireworks, which was absolutely splendid for our toddler in the group!……But we really stands out is the customer service Not only did the staff help us clean a car seat from a sick child they also helped Find a replacement wheelchair rental company when we were scammed from another company!!!! I cannot say enough good things about the management at this hotel they saved our vacation on several occasions!

Good clean hotel. Hot breakfast available. Small outdoor pool with hottub. Couch with trundle, not very comfortable but beds were great. Ac took a while to cool. Front desk was great. Took uber ($6) to the park because the map was estimating a 20 min walk. Heard but never saw fireworks from our pool view room.

Stayed at the hotel for a conference. It was very clean and comfortable - super convenient to Disney Land. I walked each day to the conference and felt very safe. The staff is amazing - Randy at the front desk was so welcoming and accommodating - truly he made the whole stay even better!

Great rooms could not hear anyone else next door, very close walk to Disney about a mile. Good pricing for the area and the free breakfast was very good. The staff was very courteous. We will be staying here again.

Great stay! The front desk supervisor, Randy, was so kind and helpful. My mom and I came to Anaheim to go to Disneyland and my mom accidentally booked us in a Super 8 motel which was not up to our safety and cleanliness standards. Around 10 pm, we realized we couldn't stay there another minute and decided to book at Springhill after a quick Google search. When we got to Springhill Suites around 10:30, dead tired from the road trip and stressed from the error we had made, Randy made us feel right at home. He got us checked in quickly and he was very sympathetic to our situation. On top of that, the room was exactly what we needed. Clean, roomy, and lots of amenities like a fridge, microwave etc. Also, the free breakfast in the morning was tasty and the service area was clean and well maintained. This place would be perfect for families going to Disneyland or anyone staying in the Anaheim area. Thanks Randy and Springhill for a very enjoyable stay.
